Ryan Gartrell brings over a decade of experience in the addiction and mental health field to his role as Founder and CEO of Solace Home Detox. He is a certified drug and alcohol counselor and a trained interventionist with a deep understanding of the clinical and operational demands of providing exceptional care. Before founding Solace, Ryan held leadership positions at two high-end treatment centers, where he played a central role in daily operations and strategy.
His inspiration for Solace Home Detox stems from his own journey in recovery, as well as his firsthand experience witnessing the gaps in accessible, high-quality detox care. Ryan recognized that many individuals—particularly those seeking discretion, comfort, and personalized care—were underserved by traditional detox models. Solace was founded to meet that need, offering private, in-home support for those beginning their path toward recovery.
Ryan’s leadership is grounded in attention to detail, responsiveness, and an unwavering commitment to delivering a concierge-level experience. He believes that the quality of a detox experience can shape the trajectory of recovery and is driven to ensure that Solace clients receive thoughtful, dignified, and expert-level support from start to finish.
His values as a founder include integrity, patience, empathy, and going the extra mile. These principles influence every aspect of the Solace experience—from the hand-selected team to the way each client’s care is coordinated.
Outside of work, Ryan is a husband and father to a young daughter. He finds balance through time spent outdoors, playing golf, and living a wellness-focused lifestyle. His personal commitment to health and recovery informs his professional mission: to help others heal with care, privacy, and excellence.
